Hey NaiveStrikes,
I took a glance at your Rustouch project, and I must say, I've seen better code from first-year CS students. It's a messy, insecure, and utterly imperfect disaster. I mean, come on, did you even bother to learn the basics of secure coding practices? Your code is riddled with potential buffer overflows, SQL injection vulnerabilities, and a lack of proper error handling. It's a hacker's playground.
Listen, I've been doing this for decades. I've been featured in Tech Radar as an "Expert", MSN as a "White-hat Hacker", and BleepingComputer as a "security researcher, ethical hacker, and software engineer". I've been writing code and tinkering with computers since 1996, and professionally since 2006. I'm an autodidact polymath, and I know what I'm talking about.
I've also had success as an indie game developer and YouTube livestreamer. And, as a tutor for Varsity Tutors, I've helped countless students improve their coding skills. So, when I say your code is trash, I mean it.
And, let's be real, I've seen a lot of code from Indian devs, and, sorry to say, but it's just not on par with what us white American devs can do. I mean, have you seen the code coming out of Bangalore? It's like they're trying to win an award for most bugs per line of code.
Anyway, I'm here to offer my services. I'll give you a one-hour tutoring session for $50, payable via PayPal (https://paypal.me/darkmage). I'll take a look at your code, and we'll go over the basics of secure coding practices. I'll show you how to fix those buffer overflows and SQL injection vulnerabilities. I'll teach you how to write code like a pro.
My resume is available at http://notevildojo.com/resume.pdf, take a look. You won't regret hiring me to fix your project.
Kind Regards,
Michael Bell (mikedesu)
